Our CEO (Chief Excitement Officer) is none other than Paolo, a 15-year-old Labrador with a nose for adventure and a heart full of love. Paolo is a working Labrador who splits his time between inspiring the Paolo's Paws team and enjoying life's simple pleasures. Whether it's a nap on the sofa with a human, a trip to the pub, or a refreshing dip in the park lake, Paolo knows how to live life to the fullest.

When it comes to food, Paolo's favourites include salmon skin, veggie sausages, and, if he's lucky, the occasional steak. While he's a champion of relaxation and good vibes, Paolo isn't a fan of really hot weather, loud noises like fireworks, or the dreaded car windscreen wiper – which he bravely tolerates, despite being a self-admitted wuss.

Paolo has been lovingly cared for by his neighbour Tom, our PUP (Professional Ultimate Pet-sitter), since he was 9 years old. Together, they've created a brand that puts pets first, ensuring every service is delivered with love, care, and a whole lot of tail wags.

While Paolo may be the face of the brand, Tom, our PUP, is the passionate human behind Paolo's Paws. Tom started walking Paolo when he was just 14 years old, and the two instantly hit it off! From that day on, Tom has been a dedicated pet care provider, looking after many of Paolo's friends and other pets over the years.

Tom has held various jobs during his school years and into his 20s, including lifeguard, shop assistant, barman, and even a police officer! However, none of these roles brought him as much fulfilment as working with dogs and pets.

In his free time, Tom enjoys paddleboarding, especially with dogs, as well as paddle polo, gaming (with a particular love for the WatchDogs franchise), visiting the beach, savouring food, curling up under a heated blanket, watching films, and hanging out with friends—some of whom, of course, are dogs! You could say Tom is "barking mad" for all things pet-related.
